We are proud of our property owners. They work with us to offer homes that are ready for occupancy and are well maintained. We carefully screen applicants and accept those who qualify. We comply with Fair Housing Laws.
We are knowledgeable of the laws that regulate our business and business conduct. We attend educational seminars so that we know the changes in the law and what is required. We can represent our owners in Justice Court where knowing the law is important.
